Most injuries in youth
sports occur in the latter portions of each play period. This
indicates a lack of proper physical conditioning. Poor physical
conditioning is the underlying cause of many sports related injuries.
Safe and effective physical conditioning, under the supervision of
professional healthcare providers, is the first step toward
preventing injury.
GET FIT! Athletic Training provides functional, supervised exercise
for any age, shape or ability. The emphasis of the overall exercise
program is to develop speed, power, quickness, balance, agility and
superior physical conditioning.
Certified Athletic Trainers and Physical Therapists supervise all
participants through GET FIT's exclusive, computerized exercise
circuit. All attendance is by appointment and participation is
limited in any hour. |
